Emergencies on campus

Report and Support

If you experience or witness an incident within the University community, you can report this either with your details or anonymously using our Report and Support website.

Are you concerned about a student?

If you are concerned about a student’s welfare and think they need support, please call +44 (0) 118 378 4777. The Welfare Team is available Monday to Friday, 10:00-16:00.
If they are living in halls, you can also contact the relevant Hall Warden.

Accounts Payable

If you're a supplier, please send any invoice-related query to invoices@reading.ac.uk, or call Accounts Payable on +44 (0) 118 378 8104. If you're using the E-Marketplace system, you can check the status of your invoices by logging into your personal supplier account.
